Conditions of Hire
1. All Bookings Terms are from Saturday to Saturday (unless otherwise stated) and the deposit is payable when booking.
2. Balance Payment is to be paid no later than 28 days before the start of your holiday. Failure to make payment will be treated as a cancellation. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is not refundable. For bookings made within 28 days of the start of your holiday, send full payment with the booking form. A receipt will be issued for all payment received detailing any balances (if applicable)
3. Sunset Chalets Guarantee the price of your holiday at the time of booking, there will be no surcharges added, cheques should be made payable to ‘KNIGHTS’ . Booking deposit is £50.00 per chalet per week/short break.
4. Should accommodation required not be available when the deposit and booking form are received we will contact you to offer alternative dates of accommodation. If not suitable then your deposit will be refunded in full.
5. Chalets are available from 4pm on day of arrival (you may be able to occupy them subject to arrangements being made) and must be vacated in a clean and tidy condition not later than 10am on day of departure.
6. You will be held responsible and must make good the loss of breakages of fittings, utensils, crockery, cutlery etc.
7. Bookings for all male and female parties under the age 25 will not be accepted.
8. The owner reserves the right to refuse admission to:-
(a) Any person other than those named on the Booking form including children of any age.
(b) Any person, who in the opinion of the owners or their agents, are not suitable persons to take charge of the chalet.
9. The owners are relieved from liability should the accommodation become unavailable through circumstances beyond their control (e.g. fire, theft, damage). In this case all monies will be returned in full.
10. Sunset Chalets shall not be liable for the death of, or injury to any person on holiday in, or visiting Sunset Chalets accommodation or for any loss or damage to their personal property.
11. The owners accept no liability for any alterations to the advertised entertainment/amenities which are beyond our control.
12. PETS: Sunset Chalets are unable to accommodate pets.
13. Car Parking at all accommodation is at the owners risk.
14. If you have to transfer a booking a charge of £10 per week/short break will be made to cover the cost of administration.
